My orders often come by way of telegram as it is. Or did, at any rate. I'd like to know what is expected of me. I know what the booklet says but I would prefer to hear it from someone knowledgeable.

My one real caveat is this: I am a soldier. Unpleasantness is a fact of life and I have done whatever the mission requires of me. I don't understand the significance of petty thievery.

Tselinoyarsk is a remote region where I was stationed before finding myself here. It's a bit hard to find on a map [And Russia is huge, anyway.] so it's not a terrible surprise. I was using it to see if anyone I know is here.
