Russia and the States will always be at odds, as far as I'm concerned, and as far as I've seen. Its people may get along, but its governments never will.
A lot of secretive bullshit on either side. The Winter Olympics were hosted in Russia this year; it was a pretty big thing... From what I gathered on the news, the States were eager to showboat every mistake Russia made... And on top of that, after the Olympics ended, Russia threatened to attack the Ukraine.
